Baijiu is the brain child of Kevin Cam located in the 100 year old Mercer Warehouse across the street from The Edmonton Oilers New Home (Rogers Place). Baijiu is an asian inspired cocktail lounge. Offering shared plates and some of the city’s best cocktails.

Working on this project was not only challenging but exciting. Not only were we in the heart of ice district during the Oilers First season at Rogers Place, but we were working on a building that dated back to Edmonton’s Heritage. Almost 100 years!
